I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and for nearly four years have studied holistic health practices, including meditation, traditional medicines of Northern Europe, Celtic spirituality, essential oils, and other “alternative” paths to philosophy and overall well-being, which have become less like alternative, and more like essential, parts of my life. From time to time, I would like to share how I generate artistic inspiration, foster creativity, and develop a peaceful environment – no matter where I am.
